12 Sep 2024 Research on glass composites at IFB Stuttgart Our master's student Eliška Rapcová spent a month at the Institute of Aircraft Design in Stuttgart, Germany, where she intensively researched composite materials whose mechanical properties were improved by plasma treatment.

The scientists tested the potential of plasma surface treatment on bond strength behavior of an adhesively bonded glass-polymer interface directly at Şişecam Science, Technology, and Design Center.
