Viktória Ivic Awarded Third Place at the Czech-Slovak Student Scientific Conference in Physics

Bachelor’s student Viktória Ivic achieved an excellent result at the 16th Czech-Slovak Student Scientific Conference in Physics, held at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She was awarded third place in the Applied Physics section, recognizing the high quality of her research work at the undergraduate level. The conference brings together talented students from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and provides a platform for presenting and discussing research across various fields of physics.

Zlata Kelar Tučeková Presents Research at ICPM11 in Japan

Dr. Zlata Kelar Tučeková delivered an oral lecture at the 11th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM11), held from May 31 to June 5, 2026 in Gifu, Japan. Her presentation focused on surface dielectric barrier discharges for processing biological and medical materials, highlighting practical applications of atmospheric-pressure plasma in agriculture and medicine.

Assoc. Prof. Tomáš Homola presented his research at the E‑MRS 2026 Spring Meeting held on May 25–29 in Strasbourg. Student Scientific Conference 2026

The first edition of the Student Scientific Conference at DPPT and CEPLANT, brought together talented students to present their research. All three winners are students from PNB group! The event highlighted a high level of scientific quality and engagement, recognized outstanding achievements with financial awards, and opened the path for the winners to advance to the Czech-Slovak finale.
