The 4th PNB Workshop is now successfully behind us, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for the amazing energy and enthusiasm you brought with you. This time we met in Češkovice, near Brno, in the beautiful setting of the Moravian Karst. It was four days full of inspiration, collaboration, and spontaneous conversations that yielded many new insights and valuable experiences.
Together, we explored fascinating topics in plasma physics and gained fresh perspectives. We established new professional connections and friendships that we believe may blossom into future scientific collaborations.
This year, 36 participants from 7 research institutions across 4 European countries joined us. We heard 31 inspiring talks across 9 engaging sessions. The informal and friendly atmosphere was further enhanced by a group trip to the breath-taking Punkva Caves and the Macocha Abyss.

The 3rd Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications Workshop was held on 9-12 October 2023 in Hustopeče, Czech Republic. The participants of the workshop were traditionally scientists and PhD students from the Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications research group at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology (most of them are also members of the CEPLANT Centre research team) of the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University in Brno and the Department of Experimental Physics of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava. However, this year was also exceptional with the participation of our foreign partners and collaborators from Germany (HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Göttingen and the University of Stuttgart), Slovenia (University in Ljubljana), and Austria (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna).

The 1st Plasma Nanotechnologies and Applications held in Telč December 8 - 10, 2019 attended by the researcher teams from CEPLANT, Department of Physical Electronics, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno, and Department of Experimental Physics, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava.
