The plasma technology developed by us has found application use in the industrial line for the production of perovskite-based solar cells at Saule Technologies (Wroclaw, Poland). The plasma generated by several DCSBD plasma units is used here to clean the substrate (ITO glass).
At the beginning of April, the Day with ERC, an event for junior researchers took place. The aim of the discussion meeting for junior scientists is networking. Dr. Jakub Kelar from the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology was nominated as a representative from the Faculty of Science.
Prof. Christoph Gerhard and his colleagues visited their project partners at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology and the CEPLANT Centre in the second week of April 2024. Scientists from the HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim/ Holzminden/ Göttingen and our research group are working together on the functionalization of fibers.
