Brno Ph.D. Talent 2023
Doctoral student František Zelenák successfully defended the project as a part of the Brno Ph.D. Talent scholarship competition. The project deals with graphene with the aim of bringing innovation in its production and functionalization that it can be applied in industry. He is one of 18 young scientists from MU who succeeded in the competition this year. Congratulations and we wish him much success in his scientific work! A weeklong testing of plasma treatment in company Nano Medical
Researchers from the Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplicatons research group, Dr. Jakub Kelar and Dr. Oleksandr Galmiz, spent an experimental week at Nano Medical in Liberec. As part of the new OP TAK project, they focused on testing in-line plasma surface modification of substrate materials to enhance the adhesion of nanofibers produced by electrospinning.
